for your dog getting pancreatitis? I have a sheltie that has had it three times in two months…he has a blood disease called hyperlipidemia and has to eat low fat food…I had my dogs all on raw but his body cant process fats and so I had to take him off till I get the cholesterol level down and then find a way to maintain it. One thing is in order to find out if he had this disease, we had to rule out everything else.
