There really isn’t anything you can do about it…except not scratch it..and
benedryl cream. Or if you are more natural like my husband…he rubs egg whites
on it…It stops the itching faster than the creams..at least he says. My son
is also allergic to it(17months old) He got it pretty bad here a couple of weeks
ago..And I can’t make him stop scratching because he doesn’t understand. I just
kept clothes on him to cover it so he wouldn’t scratch it as bad. It will go
away on it’s own after a week, if the scratching stops. It only spreads when it
is scratched…Hope this helps
