Sorry to debunk this thought…. I was approved on my first try for post polio syndrome even and have known many others via a yahoogroupselist Iown that have been approved first time also. It basicallydepends on the doctors who are doing the examining for the Social Security Administration..their wordings, their facts, their reports, etc.and I believe theattitudes of the people being examined.
private email always welcome

Everyone who applies for ssdi get denied the first time they apply. they bank on the hopes that you will give up and quit trying. my aunt who was diagnosed with terminal cancer was denied…
good luck in motivating him!

thinks anytime he wants/needs something me and my mom will give him

and then expect me to give him money or buy him stuff almost in the same

Last summer it was I can do whatever I want I’m
almost 18 now this summer it’s coming by with his hand out wanting money.
He tried to get ssi but was denied. talked to a lawyer and i don’t know the
rest other than they sent him to papers to fill out and i don’t think he
ever did. he had the idea of getting ssi and never working.
i know several
bi-polar people that work but he won’t even try.
