Is this child adopted or been transferred in early childhood between
parents/caretakers? It could also be RAD (Reactive Attachment Disorder). A
good therapist, neurologist, psychiatrist who specializes in children could
diagnose for you. A primary physician might be good but do not rely on
his/her opinion without a specialist. Prayers to you!

It sounds like a mild form of autism to me. I could be way off base. I’ve
only cared for a few children with autism.
