HELP!! ISO Overnight Oatmeal recipe

I need help!!
I’ve searched the archives and I think what I’m looking for was posted on
the “old” Budget 101 list. Someone posted how to cook oatmeal in crock pot
over night and have yummy hot oatmeal in the morning. It was more
guidelines than an actual recipe. Silly me, I started the process and
wanted to check to make sure I was doing it right.

When I went to look for
my saved post, I couldn’t find where I had thought I’d saved it! r.

Does anybody remember that post? Or know the how to’s? I’ve got a crock pot
full of oatmeal and 7 grain cereal cooking downstairs and I want to make
sure It’ll be okay by morning.
