Help for college

Have you had an employer recognize their degree as an actual college education yet? I have heard most places around here won't. So far my experience with them has been sub-par at best.

I have despaired of ever getting my four-year degree. My shift lead does not even have high school – lol!!! And the job advertised the requirement of college – I got it because I knew people.

I think only one of the entire department has college and that person's degree is totally unrelated to the job. (tech industry). We all do our jobs just fine without college – the guy without high school is totally brilliant!!!
