Visit some local churches. They can usually help a little. They might know who can in your area.
There are even programs where you can move into a paid for apartment with your family for 3 months and they will counsel you, pay for all your needs and help you get back on your feet. It’s assisted living. Do some research in your area.
There are a lot of ministries designed to help people in your situation.

Look I know you are not supposed to go looking for trouble but my
lights are off and my water is about to be as well I am not working but
I am out looking times are getting really hard for me and my family of
four myself and three kids is there any one who knows someone that I
can get a loan from to tide me over at least till I find a job. which I
