If you’re looking for a lighter version holiday dessert for Easter, look no more. This one is really tasty and easy to make. If you use the coconut whipped cream recipe you’ll need a triple batch of it though for a larger sized watermelon.
• Coconut Whipped cream or stabilized whipped cream
•1 Large Watermelon cut in a circle like a cake
•Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, etc
•Sliced Almonds
Directions:
1.Cut your watermelon into a cake shape by cutting off the rind and making it nice and round.
2. Pat the watermelon down with paper towels to dry it.
3.”Frost it” with whipped the coconut whipped cream or use stabilized whipped cream
4. Apply the sliced Almonds to the side
5.
Adorn the top of the “cake” with fresh fruit and berries such raspberries, blueberries and strawberry slices.
