This is a perfect addition to what ever you are cooking on the grill on your deck! Or you can make in advance and bag it up for a camping trip and toss in the cooler to serve with your first night meal! Feeling kinda tired or lazy after setting up camp?
Just serve the salad!

Healthy Salad
4 cups of green leaf lettuce1/2 cup raw green beans
1/2 cup snap peas
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup apple slices
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup chopped chicken breast
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
2 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup walnut pieces
1 lemon
1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients except the last three.
Cookout: Just before serving, add the juices from the lemon and lime, toss, and allow guests to add salt and pepper.
(The citric juices combined with juices from the fruits and veggies will be perfect!).
Camping: Bag (or place in a bowl) all ingredients except the last three. Before serving, squeeze juices from lemon and lime and toss well. Portion out the salad and allow individual use of salt and pepper.
Serves 4
