Italian Marinated Vegetables
cauliflower florets
broccoli florets
mushrooms, sliced
zucchini, thin slices
black olives, cut in half
Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces. Marinate overnight in Italian
dressing. – you can use “Liss Favorite Dressing” for a copycat Good
seasons dressing mix.
This is one of those recipes that you can mix up a huge batch, it has
lots of flavor and isvery healthy. (Of Course, be sure to make your own
italian dressing so you can add more zest and less oil!)
You can eat this particular dish cold- or you can grill or steam the
marinated veggies.
