Healthy Apple Berry Flower Cups- great dessert idea for the kids

These are so easy, cut the top off and cut the bottom off (thinly!)

Then scoop out the insides & set it aside. Use toothpicks to attach the cups together, fill with fresh berries.

Notch out the top of the apple to make it look like flower petals. Insert a toothpick into the petal to attach it to the fruit cup.

If you want to keep the apples from browning you can spritz them with sprite soda or dip them in a bowl of water with a couple tablespoons of lemon juice for a couple minutes before putting them together.
