Can someone direct me to a site for both MN and WI residents
who have no income and therefore have no health insurance? These are two
people, single, each in the two states, who NEED some kind of insurance but are
too young for Social Security income and too young for Medicare. They are in
the Stillwater, MN & Hudson, WI areas if that info is necessary. I
have no idea where to look up info for them. Help?
Thanks,
~Rustey in Delaware
