      Can
      someone direct me to a site for both MN and WI residents who have no income and
      therefore have no health insurance? These are two people, single, each in the
      two states, who NEED some kind of insurance but are too young for Social
      Security income and too young for Medicare. They are in the Stillwater, MN
      & Hudson, WI areas if that info is necessary. I have no idea where to
      look up info for them. Help?
