Between now and Sunday, wrap her head in a plastic baggie after covering her hair with the thickest, cheapest conditioner you can find. Slather it on so thick that the living critters must suffocate. Leave it in for hours on hours and it will help to make the glue that holds the eggs on the hair soften so when you start to blow dry and comb they will fall out and be able to be pulled out easier.
This will also keep them from jumping on anyone else. You’ll have to bag up stuffed toys, vaccum like crazy and wash all laundry that you can.
Sunday, do the same thing with the cheap conditioner. Then start going layer by layer, strand by strand looking for nits to pull out. You can do it without any chemicals at all.
