Have any of you tried HCG to help curb your appetite? I’ve been reading a bit about it here and there and I’m kind of on the fence about whether or not to give it a try. I’m already working out/exercising several times per week but I still have cravings for junk throughout the day.
To be honest, no matter how many vegetables I eat, I feel like I’m starving!! I don’t expect to just take a pill and it all goes away & suddenly I’m skinny, but I would really like something to help take the edge off so I don’t fail altogether. Any ideas?
