I’ve been reading so much about these different weight loss drugs that I even wrote the wrong one in the last post, I meant HCA (Not HcG – which is a pregnancy hormone that you can get injections of and only eat 500 calories a day!). HCA is hydroxycitric acid, a compound that has been studied for its potential to help decrease body fat and curb appetite.* In addition, Garcinia cambogia is a natural extract that is non-stimulating.
This is the one I was considering trying to see if it will help curb my appetite while maintaining my workout schedule and eating healthier. Has anyone tried this?? Your thoughts??
