      1 lb ground sirloin
      1 onion, chopped
      1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
      1 (16oz) jar salsa
      1 (8oz) pkg reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese, cut into chunks

      In heavy, medium-sized, non-stick pot, cook sirloin, onion & mushrooms over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until meat is well browned. Drain off excess liquid.
      Add salsa & cheese, stirring over medium heat until cheese is melted. Serve hot with chips.

      Makes 20 (1/4 cuo) servings
