I’m so jealous! My local YMCA isn’t like that – swim
classes are an extra fee, a “full” scholarship still
leaves you paying 50% of the membership fee.>>>I just wanted to vote for the YMCA. We just joined
and they are awesome! I
can drop off my kids for up to 2 hours a day and goand work out. They have
(free with membership) swim classes, water aerobics,
and several landexercise classes. I joined to build muscle and they
have a computer program
where the trainers set you up initially and then youjust punch in your
number and the machine keeps up with all you do, your
weight, reps, everything! It is like having a personal trainer
without paying for one,
and they are always walking by incase you need to askthem a question.
We are a low income family and I applied and received
a scholarship, so Ionly have to pay a percentage of the cost each month.
Our location has a huge indoor waterslide that my
girls are in love with sowe all have a great time. It has replaced most of our
television time
