Ground Beef Question

      I was wondering if anyone knows which is cheaper? the fattest ground
      beef and then draining the fat once browned? or the higher quality
      ground beef and having less fat to drain?

      which one is more cost
      effective? i have been wondering about this for a while so any help
      would be really appreciated.
