Youneed to have a grain mill or a Vitamix. You can get hand crank grainmills for under $100. I have a Family Grain Mill with an optional handcrank.Hope64AuthorPostsViewing 0 reply threadsYou must be logged in to reply to this topic.Log In Username: Password: Keep me signed in Log In › Budget101 Discussion List Archives › Budget101 Discussion List › Grinding your own wheat?
