Grilled Shrimp IV
1 pound large shrimp (deveined and peeled)
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs parsley flakes
3-4 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. In a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine minced garlic, parsley flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add shrimp to Ziploc bag and mixture.
Make sure that all shrimp are coated. Remove as much air from Ziploc as possible, and store in refrigerator or cooler until ready to grill. Grill until shrimp are white and tails have turned pink.
About 2 or 3 minutes per side. Servings: 4-6
