      Grilled Sausage
      Beef, chicken, pork, or turkey sausage…grill until skin is crisped over a low heat and serve as a sandwich on rolls and grilled peppers and onions, with sauerkraut, with fried taters…it’s your choice! The key here is the smoked flavor that adds to the dish!
