      Grilled Beef with Herbed Sea Salt and Garlic
      2 tsp coarsely chopped garlic
      2 tsp herbes de Provence
      1/2 tsp dried rosemary
      1 tsp sea salt
      1 1/2 lb beef sirloin, 1 inch thick
      Heat grill. On cutting board, chop together garlic, herbes de Provence and rosemary until finely minced. Mix in salt. Sprinkle herb mixture over both sides of steak. Let stand 5 minutes.
      Place steak on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Grill 10 to 14 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning once. Cover loosely with foil. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices. 5 servings
