Grilled Beef or Lamb Crumbles 1 lb ground beef or lamb 1/2 cup olive oil 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or pressed 2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro or 1 tbs parsley Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, kneading the mixture well to evenly distribute the ingredients. For the best flavor, allow the mixture to sit for 30 minutes (or longer in the fridge) before cooking. In a grill-safe skillet, sauté until done.
