Weight Loss on a Budget Diet Plans Green Coffee Extract for Weight Loss

      The last few weeks I’ve been using liss’ fitness plan here on the site and I’m happy to report that I’ve lost 12+ pounds so far. BUT last week I noticed a plateau and even though I was still doing the plan the scale wouldn’t budge.:beatdeadhorse5:
      I need the numbers to stay motivated otherwise I feel like “What the hell, why bother!”.

      So, my sister in law told me she something on tv about taking Green Coffee Extract for weight loss. What I want to know is have you or anyone you know taken this? Did it work for you?

      How much did you take? How long did you take it? Did you use a particular brand?

      I just purchased some cheap ones from walmart (WITH Svetol & 40% Chlorogenic acids) and I just started taking it. I’m going to keep up with the fitness plan listed here on the site and with my food journal.

      I’m just hoping to hear from other members and see what they think too!

      so how is your regimen going? have you lost more weight?

      I just bought the Mega-T green tea diet pills with Hoodia … hopefully combined with exercise I can shed some of the “muffin” that’s growing…

      I just found this recently and am going to start up with it. Its called the Flat Belly Workout.
      50 jumping jacks
      40 crunches
      40 squats
      40 leg lifts
      30 jumping jacks
      20 bicycle crunches
      20 squats
      30 leg lifts
      Run for 10 minutes

      Do this daily, or every other day, and it is supposed to help slim the middle. Try something like this, see if the change might help you get over your plateau.

      That’s really funny, I just saw this a couple days ago too, I may try that just for an extra boost!

      i like green coffee as compared to roasted coffee ,it has many advantages as compared to roasted coffee ,it reduces the weight as well as it useful for heart patients as well as diabetic persons

      Do you mean that you are drinking brewed green coffee or taking green coffee extracts? If you are drinking it, where do you find it?

      I have tried the green coffee bean pills and also the green tea pills, but I find that caffeine does not agree with me. There has got to be “something” out there that I can use that will help me get with weightloss

      I have been taking the coffee bean extract. It has helped me. Caffeine is an issue when the coffee bean is roasted, not taken in capsule form.

      I have hypertension. Anything that raises my blood pressure I cannot take it. I get mine at GMC.

      For me it help level out my cravings.
