      Green Beans
      Prepare in your favorite manner, cooking two cups extra and reserve for later use.

      Gremolata Green Beans
      Mix 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 tsp grated lemon zest and 1/2 tsp minced garlic. Toss with heated left over beans.
