katjane, you can purchase it in grocery stores or make your own: dried Greek Seasoning Mix
      2 tsp salt
      1 tsp basil
      2 tsp dried oregano
      1⁄2 tsp thyme
      1 1⁄2 tsp onion powder
      2 tsp garlic powder
      1 tsp dill
      1 tsp marjoram
      1 tsp cornstarch
      1 tsp pepper
      1 tsp dried parsley flakes
      1 tsp rosemary
      1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
      1⁄2 tsp ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and store in an airtight container. Makes about 3/4 cup
