Ginger Soy Marinade:037:
2 lb chicken (or more if you choose parts with bones)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 cup white wine
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs ginger
1/4 cup sesame seeds
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix well. Pour mixture over poultry.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill and serve! 4 servings = about 30 calories.
and so easy! it’s a favorite for camping…toss everything in a large baggie then dump on the grill at the campsite…over a wood fire really brings out the flavors;-)
