1 cup cooking oil 6 tablespoons sesame oil 6 tablespoons ground red pepper
In a small saucepan, heat cooking oil and sesame oil to 365 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in ground red pepper. Cool. Strain. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before using.
