When we used it wewrapped the hair in saran wrap and then put the shower cap over it
Then just havethe child go lay down and watch tv so that they aren’t active.
I layed a huge bath towel double or triple folded under my daughter’s head

By watching tv the time slips by very fast. If they keep watching the clock for 2 hours it could seem like all day to you

But leave it on for the full time as directed
Follow the directions to a T and you should be all set
