JUICE OF 1 LEMON (OPTIONAL)
2 TBS BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 TBS RED WINE VINEGAR
1 TBS WATER
1 TBS SUGAR
1 1/2 TSP DRY MUSTARD
3 TO 6 DROPS HOT PEPPER SAUCE
1. IN SMALL MIXING BOWL, MASH GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL WITH FORK. WICK IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
2. LET DRESSING SIT OVERNIGHT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR STONGEST GARLIC FLAVOR. SERVE DRESSING OVER ANY LETTUCE SALAD. MAKES 6 TBS = 37 CALORIES PER SERVING
