Garlic & Herb Chicken over Angel Hair Pasta
•2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
•8oz Angel Hair Pasta
•1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
•1/2 Stick of Butter
•1 Tbsp Dry Italian Seasoning
•1 Tsp Garlic Powder
•Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, trimming away any fat
•In a large skillet, melt butter, then add chicken and sauté for 15 – 20 minutes (or until done)
•Once chicken is done, add Cream of Chicken Soup, Italian Seasoning, and Garlic Powder…mix well and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
•In a separate pot, bring 3 quarts of water to a boil, add Angel Hair Pasta, return to a boil, and cook pasta for about 5 minutes, then drain.
•Serve pasta topped with the chicken and sauce mix for a delicious cheap & easy meal.
•Try adding steamed veggies to the sauce mix.
•Serve with garlic bread and a fresh salad for a complete family dinner
