Walmart's $4.00 plan is only on a specified list of medications.
They do not require insurance, and you must take the generic form if available.
If you need the list I can scan one into the computer for you.
They also might have one available at Walmart.com, I have not checked.

assistance for her and myself as I am pregnant, but
they said it can take 10-14 days to get approved.
