Fruity Bruschetta 1 loaf sourdough bread 1 block cream Havarti cheese 20 strawberries Rinse the strawberries under water and pat dry. Cut off the tops of the strawberries and slice into strips. Slice the toast into pieces, place in a toaster or toaster oven and cook until golden brown or personal preference.
Once toasted, remove bread and let cool. Place a slice or two of cheese and 3 strawberry slices on top of bread. Serves 6-8
