I’ve decided to try the $10 a week for meals from Budget101’s site… how do I make a fruit smoothie, and what are the best fruits for that? I know a banana malt is good!
I’m sure some berries or something would be good, but i don’t know a recipe & am limited on fruits because I am on a tight budget:):)! I’m going on search for smoothie “how to’s”.. lol..
but would love to hear from you guys!
