GuestMy husband is disabled and we only get paid once a month so eating
from the pantry is normal for us. Last night we had company so for
a quick dessert I made this.
Mixed in blender:
left over crushed pineapple
left over cream cheese
1/2 jar marshmallow cream
dash vanilla
about a 1/4 c. left over whipped creamServed with left over angel food cake, cubed
sliced apple
sliced banana
a few strawberries cut in 1/4’sWe loved it. would have liked to use toasted coconut, but one did
not eat it.
