      2 (8oz) containers nonfat lemon yogurt
      1/4 cup blanched almonds, chopped & toasted
      1 tsp grated orange rind
      2 Tbsorange juice

      Combine all & mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before servings to blend flavors.

      Makes 8 (1/4 cup) servings
