Frugal Vacation- How to Have a GREAT Vacation on Limited $

We save our change in a big wooden box I have. Whatever is in there by the
time we want to go on a vacation that is the money we spend.
Last year we went to an amusement park that was about an hour and a half
away. We bought a 2 day pass ( which is cheaper) and spent one night at a
hotel.

I got a AAA discount.
We came back the second night. The hotel had an indoor pool and a hot tub
and a resteraunt.
It was really nice.
This year we will probably go camping. There is a really nice lake and
campground about 45 minutes from here.
We will take some daytrips while we are there to the local caves.
