Frugal Mothers Day Idea

I have two gifts from when my boy’s were very young. We had very little
money the 1st year we were in our house. They cut pieces of wood, one
into a “free-style” boat and the other made a pointing arrow for me.
Both are painted an unusual pink as that’s the only paint we had.

A couple of years later they each painted me a picture on a couple small
pieces of art canvas with foam backing. I still have them on my freezer
in my kitchen. Guess the boy’s were about 10 and 12. This year they will
be 21 and 19 (where did the time go?).
