      My saltines were trial and error, the first batch I hadn’t rolled out thin enough. As I went I found out the thinner the better. I think whenever I do it I will make sure that my baking powder/soda (can’t remember) is fresh and I want to try adding spice mixes and whole wheat flour.

      I also added quite a bit of salt. But the graham crackers turned out so good. They are honey grahams and you couldtaste the honey.

      I definitely recommend.
