      Hi folks!

      Long time since I’ve posted-life gets in the way. I make my pizza dough in the bread maker, divide it and freeze the extra in ball form. When I thaw it, for the life of me, I can’t get it to stretch to form the crust. Am I not letting it warm enough, or do I need to knead? ( can’t believe I just said that) What am I doing wrong?

      not sure, I’ve never frozen the dough. I usually par bake my crusts then freeze them. I’m anxious to know the answer though….
