I was just wondering if you let the dough thaw before you bake them or do you just pop them in frozen and bake them up that way???? I have never tried to freeze any dough for cookies. I tried dinner rolls one time and the first few did really good, but when I got down to the last ones they did not rise like they should have.
They tasted okay just did not puff. I would really like to make some and have them rise like they are supposed too. I also would like to be able to make bread dough and cinnamon rolls to freeze and cook later, but don’t know how.
