Okay guys, between the last two responses (use of two logs and this one). I think you’ve found it!
When you actually look at the cookies, I’ll bet what they’ve done is take half a carmel (the square guys, the retangles would be too bit) and stuffed it in the dough. Seeing that you can freeze individual raw cookies as well as the logs, I don’t see why it wouldn’t work! Guess I’ll have to get out my baking hat next week and see what I can come up with!
