After cleaning the Scallops keep a few of the large shells. Place shells on a pan for the oven Place 1-2 Scallops in each shell Top with Sharp cheese & bacon (1/4″ or smaller) Splash a dash of Dales Steak or Worcestershire Sauce and a dash of Horseradish, Broil in the oven for 5 or till the bacon done These things are great and the kids love em !!
You can keep the shells for along time and eat them all year!!
