      I don’t know anyone in Fresno, but if this is needed surgery and not elective (spay/neuter/ear trim/tail dock) you stand a much better chance with most vets of working out a payment plan up front.

      You might ask this same question on Craigslist if there is one in Fresno…someone in my area had posted yesterday asking for vet referrals.
