steamed and cooled pulp from one pie pumpkin (4 cups)
1 14oz can of fat free sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Blend all ingredients together pour into two 8″ pie shells. Bake at 425 for 15 mins then reduce heat to 350 for additional 45-55 mins until knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cool and enjoy.
