Fresh Greek Salad 4-5 cup romaine lettuce 1 cup tomatoes, chopped 1 cup cucumber, diced 4 oz Feta cheese, cubed 1/2 cup Kalamata olives 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tbs oregano 2 tbs lemon juice 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp pepper In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce salad, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, and olives. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Stir in the oregano, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serves 4
