Freezing Peaches

I apologize if this has been mentioned
before but I dip mine in lemon juice and then just freeze in the bag. I find
that putting them in water makes them extra mushy when they thaw.

That’s what I do. I do have a bowl of water that I put the bag in,

with the resealable closure up, allowing the water to force all the

air out, then seal the bag.
