Freezing nanners

      I have also frozen bananas for years. Esp when on sale for 10cents a

      pound and buying a large bag full. Just toss in freezer as is. They

      will freeze and turn brown. When baking banana bread just take out 3/4

      and let thaw. They will become very juicy and I just snip the end off

      and ‘strip’ down the banana into the bowl, juice and all. The inside

      stays its color. Makes the best bread.

      Also use for pancakes, banana cake.
