      I have frozen bananas too but mash them thoroughly then put in freezer bags.Great bread and pancakes.

      will freeze and turn brown. When baking banana bread just take out 3/4
      and let thaw. They will become very juicy and I just snip the end off
      and ‘strip’ down the banana into the bowl, juice and all.

      The inside
      stays its color. Makes the best
      bread.
      Also use for pancakes, banana cake.
